How To Participate In The Survey
In order to participate in the survey, you will need the following;

1. A computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone or any other gadget that can connect to the internet.

4. A code received from a recent visit to one of the sears store.
5 A basic knowledge of English.
6. To be a resident of one of the 50 US states or the district of Columbia or Puerto Rico.

Step By Step Guide On How To Carry Out The Survey

2. Read the questions and answer them one by one
Answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible. Your honest feedback will help sear upgrade the services that they offer to you. Do not skip any questions as you will not be able to submit the survey without the filling everything.

3. Use the navigation button to move back and forth
If amendments need to be made about the questions. You can easily navigate back and forth and answer the questions to your satisfaction.

4. Enter your personal information
You will be required to enter your personal details including your daytime telephone number and your email address. This information will be used by sears to contact you in case of a win.

The online survey can still be conducted by customers who were not satisfied with the services that Sears offered them. If you are one of them, make sure that you do not get another service provider to do the work for you. This should be done within 30 days of their service. They will inspect and remedy the problem for you.
